I co-signed on a 2014 Ford Taurus for my son from Auto Boutique in June 16 of 2026. It’s his first car purchase so he was definitely excited. 36 days after we bought the car the water pump failed….my son was devastated by his water pump runs off the timing chain so this is best case scenario a $3,000 repair on a $10,000 car. Hardly seems worth it but we had just financed it. Of course the car was sold as is. I called in got transferred and left a couple messages finally I was able to talk to someone to see if they would make a good faith effort to help us out with the repair in this car. They towed the car back to their shop and diagnosed the issue. It was in fact the water pump. I was more than willing to cover the cost of parts. But no, they took care of the entire thing. It took some time to get the parts and took a little longer than expected for the repair. But I was astounded they were willing to do this. Not only did they fix the water pump but they also found a bad O2 sensor and replaced that as well. I could not be happier overall with the result, I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from them. They’re good honest people who do the right thing and stand behind their product. I would send anyone and will most likely buy a car from them again. Thank you Alexis in the service department for taking care of this.

Very friendly staff. They welcomed us and checked us in right away so that we could test drive the cars we wanted. When we decided that we didn't like them they were understanding and offered more options with no hassle. Great customer service. Thank you for a great experience.
