I told the dealership that I was coming from out of state and had found the car I wanted. I explained what had happened with my old car, which I loved, and they did everything they could to make my experience one of the best I’ve ever had. I met Michael in Sales, and he was very transparent throughout the entire process. He made sure I loved everything about the car I bought and that it was the perfect fit for me! The Business Manager, Jon, explained everything clearly and never made me feel pressured to purchase extras, unlike my experiences at other dealerships. The prices for GAP and a service contract were cheaper than I thought and very reasonable! I even had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Austin. He was very interactive with the staff and other customers. Beyond impressed with the atmosphere of the dealership and attitude of all the employees. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and would gladly return in the future. They genuinely care about their customers and offer great prices!
